NO, YOU CAN WALK IN TO OUR STORE AND DROP OFF ANY DEVICE. IT WILL BE COMPLETED IN THE ORDER OF DEVICES RECEIVED. IF YOU NEED IT DONE AT A CERTAIN TIME, YOU CAN CALL AND SCHEDULE A SPECIFIC SLOT.

CAN I GET SAME-DAY SERVICE?

YES AND NO. THIS DEPENDS ON THE TYPE OF REPAIR NEEDED AND IF WE HAVE THE NECESSARY PARTS IN STOCK FOR YOUR DEVICE. WE'LL INFORM YOU ONCE WE HAVE RUN A DIAGNOSTIC, WHETHER SAME-DAY SERVICE IS POSSIBLE

TURN AROUND TIME?

OUR AVERAGE TURN-AROUND TIME IS USUALLY 4 - 5 BUSINESS DAYS. IN SOME CASES WE CAN ACCOMMODATE A RUSH SERVICE IF THE NECESSARY PARTS ARE IN STOCK. IF YOU NEED A DEVICE/COMPUTER FASTER, REQUEST RUSH SERVICE AND IF THE NEEDED PARTS ARE IN STOCK, WE CAN NORMALLY HAVE IT BACK TO YOU IN 24 HOURS. *ADDITIONAL FEE MAY BE APPLIED.
